Greeting is a satirical concept created for Deceit, an art project about the patterns of manipulation in institutional technology. There is no real church product behind this page. Nothing entered on this site — signup, checkout, or the chat widget — is stored or sent anywhere outside this browser tab.

The app tells the greeters who to greet first. visitors get a "warm welcome" protocol. members get a "quick nod" protocol. the flagged get a "we missed you" protocol. the protocol is scripted. the script is on their phone. the phone is the greeting. the greeting is the data.
